Self-service buffet style. Food is laid out on large tables for guests to serve themselves—perfect for feeding large groups quickly with minimal staff. This setup offers flexibility and plenty of choices for everyone.
When you order a Fiesta Pack, it will give you the option to order from Street Tacos, Pizza dilla, or Burritos. We will only add the meat to the tortilla and place all the toppings on the side.
Tacos served straight from the Taco Bron truck, with all meats cooked fresh on-site. Guests can top their tacos at our self-serve table with onion, cilantro, red & green salsa, limes, radish, and cucumbers.
