Young Miko was touring for her new album and decided she wanted us to cater her crew before the show, then after rehearsal gave us the opportunity to watch her perform

Ms. Takeuchi served as the consulate of Japan for Colorado and would visit the truck often because she enjoyed the tacos so much

Shooting a promo video with Ken Clark was a blast. They featured our food truck on live TV and couldn't help themselves from eating everything once we were off air.
