Hello everyone! I am excited to be releasing my very first blog post for Taco Bron! I am one of the founders of Taco Bron food truck and have been rocking it for the past three years! In case you didn’t know, my name is Jonathan Tejada and here’s a little more information about me.
About Me
Born and raised in Colorado I am the child of immigrants. This caused for food and my culture to play an important role in my life. It all started with helping my mom in the kitchen when I was little. Anything from peeling potatoes to shredding chicken (my least favorite). This was the cause for my curiosity in the kitchen. From a young age I was always trying to concoct some type of recipe and learn as much as I can about cooking and food in general. The best way to learn is with some hands-on experience i.e. going out to eat! I love making my way through all the new restaurant and food truck openings and wondering how all those dishes are crafted and how I can incorporate their flavors into my own recipes.

Enough about me though, you guys are here for the TACO BRON blog! This blog will cover everything from recipes to interesting topics related to food trucks, and the food scene in general. And I won’t be the only writer. I am gathering a tribe of writers that share our passion and will bring valuable information to you on a regular basis. This is just the start to something great!
Finally, how these blogs are going to grow, is with the help of our readers and fans. We want everyone and their mothers to know about our blog and that’s up to you guys to spread the word through social media!
